This report summarizes three CircularEconomy Action Plans (CEAPs). The CEAP forthe Construction Value Chain in Kazakhstan,finalized in June 2022, is the product of acollaborative effort by the World Bank, GlobalFactor, and the Centre for Sustainable Productionand Consumption in Almaty.
